We are a professional society of Architecture and Engineering, registered NºCOACYLE_125, formed by a multidisciplinary team with extensive professional experience, led by the Architect Prospero García-Gallardo Sanz.


We are specialized in the design and adaptation of buildings with high quality features in parameters of indoor environmental health, user safety and energy efficiency . We develop and have exclusive technological solutions in this field. 


The Ministry of Science and Innovation has granted us seal of   innovative SME, and the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Commerce by ENISA has certified us as STARTUP Emerging Company.

   





According to the World Health Organization (WHO), city dwellers spend between 80% and 90% of their time indoors, and the latest studies indicate that the presence of pollutants in indoor environments is greater than in the abroad. This is because in addition to the exterior pollutants, there are others that do not represent a problem in the exterior environment - such as radon - and all those that are produced in the interior environment due to the activity itself, the presence of users, the materials of construction, facilities, furniture, equipment used, etc.

The evaluation and control of environmental health parameters in indoor environments has many benefits:

We have two patents pending and one already granted for air and surface decontamination based on UVC technology, which has been subsidized by the Spanish office of the patents and brand.

We are currently developing the uvgiHIT project® which aims to design and manufacture fixed installations in buildings with the aim of improving the quality of indoor air in existing buildings with poor ventilation or natural ventilation with high energy costs, with special utility in hospital, healthcare, public attendance and food sector use. The final implementation can be through recirculating devices or on existing air outlet grilles, without altering the original design pressures of the duct network.
